Rates
Lodge
2010 Rack rate – Rack rate US$350.00 per person per night sharing.
Children under 12 years old US$190 per child per night sharing.
Included: Transfers between Ngoma Air-strip and the lodge, accommodation and full board, house wines, local drinks, teas, coffees and snacks, National Park entry fees, daily activities including game drives and bush walks with optional extra activities including day trips to the Ngoma Forest and lake Itezhi-Tezhi, cultural trips to Shezongo Village and night drives.
Excluded: Air transfers between Lusaka and Livingstone and Ngoma Air-strip, road transfers between Lusaka and Livingstone and the lodge, imported wines and spirits, international travel and medical insurance, visa’s and airport taxes.
Special requirements: Every effort will be made to ensure that special requirements are met. We would however request that such requirements are advised at the time of booking.
Road Transfers
Transfers between Ngoma Air-strip and the
lodge have been included in our lodge rate as detailed above.
We also provide a road transfer option between Livingstone or
Lusaka and the lodge on request and the rates are as follows:
Lusaka to the lodge: US$800.00 per one way trip – the transit time being between 6-8 hours.
Livingstone to the lodge: US$600 per one way trip – the transit time being 6 hours.
Air Charters
No scheduled services exist into the Kafue National Park. However a number of companies offer air charter services out of Lusaka and Livingstone into Ngoma Air-strip and rates are available on request.
Packages
We will gladly assist you with the development of packages which incorporate the Kafue National Park and other tourist destinations within close proximity to us including Livingstone and the Victoria Falls in particular. Relationships have also been developed with other operators within Botswana, Zimbabwe and other destinations in Zambia such as the Lower Zambezi and Luangwa. Contact us if you require our assistance.
Camping & Self Drive
2010 rate: US$15.00 per person per night
This rate excludes ZAWA Park entry fees which comprise a daily vehicle fee, a daily entry fee and a daily camping levy which are paid on entry at the park gate. Please note that camp management are under instruction to ensure that these fees have been collected by ZAWA and will request you to produce the receipt on arrival. Meals and activities are available to campers by special request.
